1. Do you have a physical store?

 

We are selling our products only online, we do not have a physical store.

 

2. Where are you located?

 

We are based in Toulouse (South of France).

 

3. Is the payment on your website secure?

 

Yes, the payment is secure. We have no access to your bank details at any time.
We use PAYPAL and Stripe as payment solutions.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account.

 

4. Which payment methods?

 

You have several possibilities to pay for your purchases:

 

– Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc)
– PayPal account
– Goole Pay / Apple Pay

– Wire Transfer

 

5. Can I buy a gift to a friend on your website?

 

Of course, you can order any product from our website, then specify in the shipping that you want to ship it to a friend. In this case we will send the invoice to your e-mail, but your friend will not be able to see the price of the item.

 

6. How do I search for a product without going through the menu?

 

To quickly search for a product, enter the product name in the box “Search for products” at the top of the website and click on the arrow.  You will be then redirected to the products in our range corresponding to your search. If the desired product is not in our range, you will receive a message informing you that we do not have the desired product.

 

7.How does your loyalty points system work?

 

1 € spent = 1 loyalty point earned. The more you buy, the more you earn loyalty points.

 

* 100 pts = 1 voucher of 5 $

* 250 pts = 1 voucher of 15 $

* 400 pts = 1 voucher of 30 $

 

100 points necessary to get first loyalty voucher, this means that a customer who will have exceeded this threshold of points will benefit from a discount on their next order.

 

8. Are all your products in stock?

 

Yes, all the products displayed on our website are available immediately and in stock.

 

9. How do I know if my order was sent?

 

An email is sent to you when it was sent, if however you missed this notification mail, you can consult the status of your order by going to “Your Account” at the top of the website.

 

10. From where coming your products?

 

All our articles are made in Russia, and are imported directly from Russia.

 

11. Can I track the progress of my order?

 

Yes, once the shipment is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Afterwards you can follow the shipping of your order via Colissimo, Delivengo Easy or Point Relay.

 

12. How soon will I receive my order?

 

All your orders are shipped as soon as possible within 1 – 4 days by Colissimo, Delivengo Easy or Point Relay. Usually it takes from 5 to 7 days to receive your order.
